• How do I choose colour / design of the item I want?
You can select product variant ie colour or design from a drop-down menu at product page. If the drop-down menu with options is not shown it means that the item is only available as an assortment - random colour / design. We also aim to add a note to a product description stating that the item is assortment only. If there is no options menu and no note in description, please assume that the item is only assorted.

• How much does delivery cost?
We want to offer best possible shipping solutions keeping the price as low as we possibly can, so you can enjoy great value and prompt delivery. We currently offer two delivery options: 1. Standard Delivery is FREE of charge, therefore price listed on the product page is the actual price with no additional costs at any stage! 2. Priority Delivery is £4.99. This additional cost is applied once per order at a flat rate, not depending on how many items are is the cart.

• What payment methods do you accept?
We accept paypal, googlepay, applepay and most of mainstream debit/credit card providers.

• Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately, no, we can process only one discount at the time.

• Order status "Unfulfilled" / "Fulfilled" - what does it mean?
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation with order number. This means we have received your order and we are working on getting it shipped. At this stage your order will have status “Unfulfilled”. Order status will change to “Fulfilled” once your order has been processed and shipped. If you are not sure about your current order status just get in touch with us quoting your order number. You can also find this information in your "Account" page

• How long will I be waiting for my item to arrive?
We curently offer two Shipping Solutions with different Time Frames. Priority Delivery - £4.99. Orders are processed and fulfilled on the next business day with delivery taking additional 1-2 business days to arrive. Total estimated delivery timeframe is 2-3 business days.
Standard Delivery - £0.00. Orders are processed and dispatched in 1-4 days with delivery taking additional 2-3 business days to arrive. Total estimated delivery timeframe is 3-7 business days.

• Do you provide tracking for your shipments?
All orders placed with Priority Delivery are tracked. Tracking details will be provided with Order Fulfilment email once item is shipped. We don't normally provide a tracking information for Standard Delivery service. If your order has a tracking number you can easily track it's progress via our Order Tracking page.


• Can I change delivery address after I placed the order?
You can change delivery address, however as we aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible your item could be already in processing (preparing for dispatch) or dispatched. In this case we are unable to stop the shipment and we will need to wait for the item to be returned to us from the incorrect address before we can issue the refund or re-send the item.

• My item arrived damaged, what to do now?
If your item arrived damaged or there is anything wrong with it, please contact us via email including your order number and photos of the item. We will then tell you what the next step is, but most of the time we will just send you the replacement item or issue full refund if replacement is not available. More information can be found at our Refund / Return Policy.

• Can I cancel my order?
If your order is Unfulfilled you can cancel your order and we will just issue the refund. It is more complicated if the order is already Fulfilled. You can still cancel your order, however, please note that we try to dispatch your item as soon as possible. If your item is already in processing (preparing for dispatch) or dispatched, we will have no possibility to stop the shipment. If this happens, we will ask you to send the item back and once we have received it we will issue a refund. Please note that if the cancellation request was received by us after the item has been Fulfilled, there will be an additional re-stocking fee of £5.99. • I want to return my item, where do I send it?
Please do not send your item to us until you have contacted us via email. Our registered office is not a returns address and we will not be able to receive your parcel this way. Speak to us and we will provide a return address if necessary.

• How can I check when item will be back in stock?
Please send us an email including full product name and we will check that for you and let you know.

• How can I contact you?
You can get in touch with us by email, contact form from our website or via Facebook page messenger. However, if there is any problem with your item or delivery please use email as this will help us to keep a track of the issue better than other forms of contact.

• Do you offer giftcards?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Gift Cards to our store, but we hope we can introduce this soon.

• Can I unsubscribe from your Newsletter?
You can unsubscribe by sending us an email requesting you no longer wish to receive our Newsletter, but please remember that you will miss out on great discounts, promotions and product updates.

• I need answer to question not listed in FAQs’.
